Honda launched Honda Ridgeline in 2005 and marketed it as 2006 model. It believed to be their first attack in rival territory, North America. Its mid and full-size carrying truck, manufactured in a number of work stations at Canada, Ontario & Alliston along with the production of Honda's other vehicles like Acura CSX, Honda Civic & Civic Si as well as Acura MDX. The idea comes in consideration in 2004 as Honda SUT later on it was developed by considering the platforms of Acura MDX and Honda pilot.

Strong and Unbendable Architechture

Honda Ridgeline utilizes two types of architecture such as unibody chassis and frame hybrid chassis. According to company, these architectures provide it unique designs and increases its ball rigidity performance by 2.5 times & torsional bendability by 20 times than the traditional ladder frame. These additional features enable vehicle to support heavy load.

Future of Honda Ridgeline

Manufacturers have taken a strong decision and decided to give it a break after 2014. However, they are planning to relaunch it in 2016 with more innovative additional features.
