Audi will expand RS sports line
Audi announced through its development chief Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg, that almost all its new models of future line will have the RS version, known to be more advantaged than ordinary vehicles. Possibly starting with the RS3 variant.
The cars will use the second generation MLB platform, dubbed the MLB Evo, which will debut in the Q7. The new-generation SUV will be lighter than its predecessor and should be launched by the end of 2015.
Hackenberg said the new engines are being developed jointly by Audi and Porsche. The V10 TDI used in Nanuk concept may be one of them, while the V12 TDI should not appear in the new vehicles.
