BMW X7 can announce production
BMW announced that it will make an important "product announcement" on the 28th. Without giving too many details, the brand has just confirmed that the event will be held at the Spartanburg plant, in southern California, in the United States.
Faced with this track, it is speculated that the German brand can announce the production of a new sport utility vehicle, possibly called the X7. Following the nomenclature adopted by the brand, the car would be a big SUV designed for markets like the United States, voracious consumer of such vehicles with space for up to seven people.
Another indication that a new SUV comes there is the fact that North American plant now producing such models. Currently, BMW produces X3, X5 and X6 in place. The X7 would be extended based on the X5 platform and would in the future based 7 Series design. Should actually be produced, the trend is that the model use lightweight materials such as aluminum and carbon fiber in its construction.
