As of now, the Fiat-Chrysler group is officially called the Chrysler Fiat Automobiles (FCA). The announcement came on Wednesday (29) as well as the dissemination of the new company logo.

According to Fiat, besides representing the initials of the marks, the acronym FCA brings subliminal meanings. "The 'F' is derived from a square symbolizes the strength, the 'C' is derived from a circle, representing movement, harmony and continuity, and the 'A' derives from a triangle, indicating energy and evolving," he explained.

Speaking more real aspects, the group also confirmed that the headquarters of the FCA will be in the Netherlands, despite Fiat is established in Italy, and Chrysler in the United States. The common shares of the FCA, including scholarships will be available in Milan and New York.
