GM assumes mistake with recall in the United States

The process for identifying faults in cars and subsequent recall of General Motors in the United States, failed, said the executive president, Mary Barra, on Monday, in a video to employees at the country's largest carmaker related problem ignition system of some models has caused 12 confirmed deaths and generated internal changes in the company.
