Mercedes-Benz Class X can launch

The Mercedes-Benz would be working on developing a new SUV, which would be positioned below the newly presented GLA (above).

According to information from the British magazine Auto Express, the Class X would be even lower than the GLA. His platform would come from Renault Captur crossover, taking advantage of the fact that Daimler have signed a partnership with the Renault-Nissan alliance.

Also according to the publication, Mercedes-Benz will also launch a medium-large crossover based on the ML. Possibly named MLC, it would compete with the BMW X6, so far the only model in the segment it created. The MLC arrive to European streets in 2015, and the Class X estrearia a year later.
