New generation of the Nissan GT-R will have 800 hp, magazine says
New details about the next-generation Nissan GT-R (R36) are emerging. The model is expected to be ready by the end of next year, as model year 2016.
According to a Japanese magazine, the car will have a total power of 800 horses thanks to the implementation of a similar KERS developed in collaboration with the Williams system, combining the 3.8 V6 biturbo engine with hybrid technology.
The R36 GT-R will reportedly need only 2.7 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h. The same Japanese publication mentions a maximum speed of about 340 km / h.
The next generation of the Nissan GT-R should cost between 120 and 150 thousand dollars.
